2 oz Unsalted butter
3 lb Cream cheese
10 oz Sugar
1/2 Lemon zest
1/2 Orange zest
2 Large eggs
1 tb Real vanilla
1 1/2 oz Corn starch

1. Beat butter until smooth.

2. add cream cheese and beat until smooth

3. add sugar, zest, and cornstarch, beat until smooth.

4. Gradually add eggs & vanilla just enough to mix, scrape bowl often while
blending.

chill & use to fill many baking goodies
