Cream Cheese Frosting
Title: Cream Cheese Frosting Categories: Cooking liv, Import Yield: 1 Servings 6 oz Cream cheese; softened to -room temperature 3 tb Butter; softened to room -temperature 1 Box (1 pound) confectioners -sugar, sifted 1 ts Vanilla 1/4 c Sour cream 1 tb Finely grated orange rind In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the confectioners sugar. Add the vanilla, sour cream and orange rind until blended.
