Title: Cream Cheese Mints

Yield: 1 Servings

3 oz Softened cream cheese
1 lb Confectioner's sugar
1/2 ts Mint extract
Red and green food coloring

Mix softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and mint until welll
blended. To tint, divide in half and tint one half with red and one with
green coloring. Pinch off a small amount. Roll into a ball and flatten.
Ridge with tines of a fork. Store in refrigerator.
