Cream of Cauliflower Soup #2
Title: Cream of Cauliflower Soup #2 Categories: Soup Yield: 2 Servings 1 sm Head cauliflower; broken -into florets 1 lg Onion; chopped 1 Clove garlic; chopped 2 c Chicken stock 1 Bay leaf; crushed Salt and white pepper to -taste 1 ds Cayenne pepper 1/4 c Heavy cream Cook all ingredients, except cream, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth, adding cream. Serve hot.
