Title: Cream of Crab Soup

Yield: 6 Servings

2 c Half and half
2 c Heavy cream
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Melted butter
3/4 c Cornstarch; mixed in
2 c Cold water
1 cn Cream of celery soup
Salt; to taste
White Pepper; to taste
Crabmeat or clawmeat; 12-15
-ozs.

Melt butter in Dutch oven; Mix cornstarch in water & add to butter, add
soup,cream, salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth, add
crabmeat. Cook & stir over Medium heat (about 10-15 minutes). Serves 6-8
