Title: Cream of Mushroom Pasta Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 8 oz Medium shell pasta cooked 4 Fresh mushrooms; chopped 1/4 Onion; chopped 1/4 Bag frozen peas Fresh diced carrots; -(optional) 1 cn Reduced fat cream of -mushroom soup Shredded cheddar This recipe was submitted by Heather Saute mushrooms and onions in pam w/pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix sauteed veggies with pasta, cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas in a Pam sprayed casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar and bake at 450 for 20 - 30 minutes.....Enjoy!
