Cream of Pea Soup
Title: Cream of Pea Soup Categories: Main dish, Soups, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings 2 tb Butter 1 tb Onion; Chopped 2 c Fresh Or Frozen Peas 1/2 ts Sugar 2 c Water 1 c Milk Or Cream Salt; To Taste Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the onion, cooking, stirring until transparent. Add the peas, sugar, and water. Cover and cook until the peas are tender. Put the pea mixture into a blender or food processor and puree.
