Cream of Potato Soup
Title: Cream of Potato Soup Categories: Soups/stews Yield: 4 Servings 5 Potatoes; medium size 3 c Potato water 1/2 ts Salt 1 Garlic; clove 1 c Cream; sweet Boil and mash potatoes and garlic (onion may be used instead of garlic); add potato water, salt and cream.
