Cream Soup Substitute
Title: Cream Soup Substitute Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Powdered skim milk 3/4 c Cornstarch 1/4 c Instant beef bouilion (low -sodium) 2 tb Dried onion flakes 1 ts Dried thyme leaves (crushed) 1 ts Dried basil leaves Mix powdered milk, cornstarch, beef bouilion, onion flakes, thyme and basil together. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. To prepare for cooking: Mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1&1/2 cups water. Cook and stir until thickened. Use as 1 can of soup.
