Title: Creamed Ground Beef Categories: None Yield: 100 Servings 18 lb Ground beef 3 c Onions; chopped 1 1/2 lb Flour 2 1/3 oz Beef soup and gravy base 3 tb Salt 1 tb Pepper 8 1/3 c Nonfat dry milk 10 1/2 qt Water 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1. Cook beef in its own fat in steam jacketed kettle or roasting pan until beef loses its pink color, stirring to break apart. Drain or skim off excess fat. Add onions; sautee 3 minutes. 2. Combine flour, Soup and Gravy base, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over beef and onions. Mix thoroughly; cook about 5 minutes until flour is absorbed. 3. Reconstitute milk. Add to mixture. 4.
