Title: Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pressed garlic
2 ts Sugar
1/2 c Buttermilk; or regular milk
6 oz Bleu cheese; broken in 1"
-pieces

Process the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the buttermilk through
the chute with the processor running. Add the bleu cheese pieces and
process to desired consistency.

Makes about 2 cups.
