Title: Creamy Cabbage Categories: Cabbage, Side dishes Yield: 5 Servings 7 tb Margarine 7 To 8 cups finely shredded -Chinese or green cabbage 1/2 c Light cream or evaporated -skim milk 1/2 ts Salt 1 pn Pepper 1/2 ts Prepared mustard; optional In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cabbage. Cook, uncovered until tender, about 5 minutes.
