8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 cn (12-oz) chopped green
-chiles; drained
3 c Sour cream
8 oz Mild cheddar cheese; grated
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese; grated

Preheat oven to 375. Layer 1/3 sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream,
mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat
layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about
30 minutes). Serve hot.
