Creamy Clam Dip
Title: Creamy Clam Dip Categories: Army times, Family & fr Yield: 1 Servings 8 oz Cottage cheese; creamed 3 oz Cream cheese; softened 2 ts Prepared horseradish 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 8 oz Minced clams; canned, -drained 3 tb Light cream; or evaporated -milk With electric mixer, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, horseradish and worcestershire sauce until well blended. Stir in clams. Chill. Just before serving beat in enough cream to thin mixture for dipping. Garnish with papriks. Serve with crisp potato chips or crackers.
