Title: Creamy Hot Cocoa Mix

Yield: 20 Servings

2 c Instant nonfat dried milk
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
1 ts Salt
1 c Miniature marshallows

Stir all ingredients together and store in a tightly covered jar for up to
2 months.

TO USE:
: Put 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of the mix into a mug and fill with
boiling water or, for an extra rich drink, hot milk. top with whipped cram
and cinnamon for a special treat.

Yield: 20 oz
