Title: Creamy Melba Freeze Categories: None Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Raspberries; unsweetened -fresh or frozen 2 md Peaches; peeled, sliced 1 ts Lemon juice 3/4 c Plain lowfat yogurt; stirred 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk Recipe by: Mable & Gar Hoffman's Frozen Yogurt In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the raspberries, peaches and lemon juice. Process until the fruit is finely chopped. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and condensed milk. Gradually stir in the fruit mixture. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions. Makes about 1 quart. Penny Halsey (ATBN65B).
