Title: Creamy Mint Dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Cream-style cottage cheese
1/4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c Mint jelly
4 ts Lime juice
1/4 ts Salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a fork. Chill. Spoon into
a pretty crystal bowl and garnish with a slice of twisted fresh lime, if
desired. This could be the center of a beautiful luncheon buffet, or on a
smaller scale, a delightful addition to an evening buffet meal.
