Title: Creamy Peach Pie Categories: Pie Yield: 8 Servings 1 9-inch single unbaked pie -shell 4 c Fresh peeled and sliced -peaches 3/4 c Sugar 1/4 c Flour 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Freshly grated nutmeg 1 c Whipping cream From: Lilia Prescod Date: Wed, 21 Aug 1996 21:02:47 -0400 Prepare shell and peaches. Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add to the peaches and toss lightly. Turn into pie shell. Pour whipping cream evenly over top. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm and golden brown on top. Chill for several hours before serving. Makes 8 servings.
