Title: Creamy Pesto Sauce

1 pk Mori-Nu silken soft tofu;
-drained (10.5 oz)
1 c Parsley; stems removed
2 Garlic cloves
2 tb Nutritional yeast "parmesan"
1 oz Fresh basil
1 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Black pepper; ground

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on high
approximately 30 seconds.

Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.

Makes 1 1/3 cups.

Serving size=2 tbsp
