Title: Creamy Potato and Ham Bake

Yield: 1 Servings

14 oz Frozen shredded potatoes;
-thawed (4 1/2 cups)
1 c Frozen peas
4 oz Thinly sliced ham; chopped
-(very lean)
1 cn Reduced calorie Cream of
-Mushroom Soup
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Flour
1/2 ts Dried parsley

Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine potatoes, peas, ham. In a
small bowl mix flour, parsley, salt, pepper into soup. Pour over potato
mixture and blend well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter
cooking spray. Bake 25-30 mins.

Serves 6
