Title: Creamy Spinach Bake

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Cooked & drained spinach --
Or frozen
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 Envelope dry onion soup mix
2 tb Butter -- melted
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese

Cook & drain the spinach ( or use frozen). Combine spinach w/ sour cream &
dry soup mix. Pour into a small greased casserole dish. Combine melted
butter w/ bread crumbs ( I use more bread crumbs, 1/2 to 1 cup). Sprinkle
over the top. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake in a 325 degree oven for
30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
