Title: Creamy Tacos Categories: Meat Yield: 10 Servings 2 lb Ground beef 1 lg Onion; chopped 1 cn Tomatoes with green chiles -(rotel) 1 cn (large) tomatoes; chopped 1 cn Ranch-style beans 1 pk Chili mix 1 cn (small) evaporated milk 1/2 lb Pasteurized processed cheese Tortilla chips In skillet, brown ground beef & onions. Drain. In a large glass dish mix tomatoes, beans, chili mix, milk & cheese. Heat in microwave (or oven) until cheese melts. Add ground beef & onion mixture. Serve over corn or tortilla chips.
