Title: Creanberry Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 8 Servings 2 c Sugar 1 c Water 2 1/2 tb Unflavored gelatin 1/2 c Cold water 4 c Raw cranberries; ground 1 md Orange with rind; -ground 1 c Chopped celery 1 c Chopped nuts Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been soaked in 1/2 cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other ingredients; pour into an 8-cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
