Title: Creole Shrimp Pate'

Yield: 1 Servings

1/4 lb Butter
3 tb Lime juice
1 ts Dried thyme
1 ts Powdered sasafrass
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded &
Chopped
1/2 lb Shrimp meat, coarsly
Chopped
1 ts Sugar

Melt butter in saucepan & stir in lime juice, thyme & sasafrass. Stir
in jalapeno pepper & simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp meat & sugar.
Simmer & stir for 10 minutes. Butter a pate mold & fill with the
mixture. Cool then chill. To serve: Unmold & arrange on a plate.
Serve with toast & raw vegetable slices.
