Title: Crock-Pot Chicken Cacciatore

Yield: 6 Servings

2 md Onions; cut thin
2 1/2 lb Broiler/fryer chicken; (2
-1/2 to 3)
2 Cloves garlic; minced or
-garlic powder
1 cn Tomatoes
1 cn Tomato sauce; (8 oz.)
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 ts Crushed oregano
1/2 ts Crushed basil
1/2 ts Celery seed
1 Whole bay leaf
1/4 c Dry white wine

Put onion in bottom of crock-pot and add chicken pieces. Add rest of
ingredients. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low heat. Serve over hot buttered
spaghetti. This recipe came from my mother-in-law who is so good about
sending me some of her delicious recipes. Following is another recipe that
her family loves.
