Title: Crockpot Beef Stroganoff Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 lb Roundsteak 4 tb Margarine 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1 ts Paprika 1 c Onion; chopped 1/2 c Water 1 c Sour cream Cube round steak. Put steak in crockpot with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high 1 hour then low 4 to 6 hours. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
