Title: Crockpot Family Favorite Meat Loaf Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 2 Beaten eggs 3/4 c Milk 2/3 c Fine dry bread crumbs 2 tb Grated onion 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground sage 1 1/2 lb Ground beef -----------------------------------SAUCE----------------------------------- 1/4 c Catsup 2 tb Brown sugar 1 ts Dry mustard 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well and shape into 9 x 5-inch rectangle or oval, or about 6-inch round. Carefully place in slow-cooking pot. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer. Slice and serve while hot or use cold slices for sandwiches. Makes 6 servings.
