Title: Crockpot Pinto Bean and Sweet Potato Chili

1 lg Onion, chopped
4 ts Chili powder
1 c Water
20 oz Sweet potatoes, peeled and
-cubed
29 oz Tomatoes, canned
30 oz Pinto beans, canned, drained
2 ts Orange zest

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 931mg Sodium
