Title: Crockpot Style Bean Soup

1 lb Dry navy beans; (soaked
-overnight)
1 1/2 qt Water
1 lb Lean; boneless ham, cut into
-cubes
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1/2 c Chopped celery leaves
1 md Onion; chopped
1 Bay leaf; (optional)

Drain the soaked beans. Combine all the ingredients in crockpot. Cover,
cook on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 4 to 5 hours.) Makes 6 servings.
