Title: Crockpot Taco Soup #1 Categories: Soup Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Lean hamburger; browned 2 pk Taco Seasoning 1 cn Tomatoes; chopped 1 cn Kidney beans; undrained 1 cn Corn; undrained 1 cn Olives; undrained, chopped -or sliced 1 md Onion; chopped 1/2 Bell pepper; chopped 4 -(up to) 5 Tomatillos; chopped -(optional) From: Judy L Garrison Date: Thu, 11 Jul 1996 21:38:01 PST Place everything in a large crockpot, add water, if necessary, to fill. Cook on LOW for 5 or more hours until flavors are blended. Top each bowl with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with sour cream, taco chips and salsa on the side.
