Title: Crockpot Vegetable-Beef Soup Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Beef cubes 1 cn (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes 2 Carrots; sliced 2 Ribs celery; sliced 2 md Onions; sliced 2 md Potatoes; diced 1/2 ts Black pepper 3 Beef bouillon cubes 1 pk (10 oz.) frozen mixed -vegetables Notes: By Pepper Klitsch, Palmerton. The Times News, PA Put all the ingredients into crockpot except for the frozen mixed vegetables. Fill about 3/4 of the way with water. Cover, cook on low 8 to 12 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours.)
