1 cn (26 oz) condensed cream of
-chicken soup
2/3 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Pepper
2 pk (16 oz. Each) frozen veg.
-combo (broccoli;
-cauliflower & carrots)
-thawed & drained.
2 c Shredded Swiss cheese; (8
-oz.)
1 cn (6 oz.) French Fried onions

Prep Time: 15 min. Cook time: 45 min. Source: Campbells Soup Sides

1. In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and pepper. Stir in veg., 1 1/2
cups ONLY of the cheese, and only HALF of the onions. Spoon into 3-qt.
oblong baking dish.

2. Cover; bake at 350', 40 min. or until veg. are tender.

3. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and top with remaining onions.
Bake, uncovered 5 min. or until onions are golden. Makes 8 cups or 12
servings.

TIP: To thaw vegetables, microwave on high 5 min.
