Title: Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Seasoned croutons
4 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
2 c Milk
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
Bacon; crisp and crumbled

In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix
remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture.
Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. (May be prepared in advance or overnight.)
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 6 servings.
