Title: Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

1/3 c Plus
2 ts Unsweetened wheat germ
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 ts Salt
15 oz Skinless boneless chicken
-breasts; cut into
-bite-sizes
2 ts Vegetable oil

In gallon-size sealable plastic bag, combine wheat germ, paprika, pepper
and salt; seal bag and shake to blend. Add 3-4 chicken pieces; do not crown
bag. Seal bag and shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces on large
plate; repeat, using remaining chicken pieces.

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add coated chicken pieces. Cook,
turning as needed, 10-12 minutes, until golden brown on all sides and
cooked through.

EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 1/2 fat; 3 proteins; 1/2 bread

PER SERVING: 180 calories; 28g protein; 5g fat; 6g carbohydrate; 20mg
calcium; 205mg sodium; 62 mg cholesterol; 1 g dietary fiber
