2 c Cooked chicken; cubed
1 c Celery; finely chopped
1/4 c Finely chopped celery leaves
1/2 c Seedless green grapes; cut
-in half
1/3 c Slivered almonds; toasted
2 tb Capers
1/2 c Mayonnaise (up to 3/4)
1 tb Lemon juice
1/8 ts Ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Best if allowed to chill a few hours.
