10 oz FRESH OR FROZEN PEAS
1 c CELERY; CHOPPED
1 c CAULIFLOWER; SM PCS
1/4 c GREEN ONION; DICED
2 tb PIMENTO; SLICED
1 c CASHEWS; MACADAMIAS,
-SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/4 BACON; CRISP, CRUMBLED
1/2 c SOUR CREAM
1 c PREPARED RANCH DRESSING
1/2 ts DIJON MUSTARD
1 CLOVE GARLIC; MINCED

Rinse peas in hot water (steam if fresh); drain. Combine vegetables, nuts
(or seeds) and bacon with sour cream. Mix dressing, mustard and garlic
together; pour over salad. Toss gently. Chill.
