Title: Crunchy Sauerkraut Salad

1 cn (27 ozs.) sauerkraut, rinsed
And drained
1 Unpeeled apple, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
3/4 c Finely chopped dill pickle
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Pepper

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
