Title: Crunchy Spinach Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

-------------------------------SPIANCH SALAD-------------------------------
1/2 lb Spinach, fresh; torn into
-bite size pieces
2 tb Almonds, slivered; toasted
3/4 c Cabbage, purple; shredded
1/4 c Raisins

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/4 c Sugar
3/4 ts Mustard, dry
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Celery seeds
1 1/2 tb Onion, minced
1/4 c Vinegar
1/2 c Oil, vegetable

Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Toss and
serve with dressing.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake
vigorously. Chill several hours. Shake dressing again before serving
over salad. Yield: 1 cup.
