Cuban Black Bean Dip
Title: Cuban Black Bean Dip Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn (16 oz) cooked balck beans 1/3 c Chopped tomato 1/3 c Chopped red or green bell -pepper 1/4 c Minced red onion 1 Clove Elephant Garlic;peeled -and chopped 2 tb Minced fresh cilantro 1 Habanero peppers; seeded and -finely chopped (up to 2) In blender or food processor,place all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Garnish as desired. Serve with tortilla chips,jicama sticks, or other fresh vegies. Makes 2 1/2 Cups.
