Title: Cuban Pork Roast Categories: Pork, Main dish Yield: 4 Servings Posted by Stewart Hopper - 3 lb Pork shoulder - seasoned 1/3 c Lime or lemon juice 1 Onion, sliced 1/2 ts Oregano 3 Garlic cloves Season meat with salt and pepper. Pour lime or lemon juice over roast. Place onion slices over roast. Let stand in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Split meat in places and add garlic plugs in slashes.
