Title: Cucumber Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

1 c Cucmber; seeded & grated
1 c Plain low fat yogurt
1 ts Dried dill
1/2 ts Lemon juice

1. Place cucmber on several layers of paper towels; cover with additional
paper towels and let sit for 15 minutes, pressing down occasionally.

2. Combine cucmber and remaining ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill.

Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Per 1 Tbsp 8 Calories 0.2g fat 23% CFF

Notes: Use with Spicy Chicken Patties or Bites.
