Title: Cucumber Salad Categories: Vegetables Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Sour cream 1 tb Sugar 2 tb Cider vinegar 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Celery seed 2 Long cucumber 1 Vidalia onion; or any sweet -onion Combine in a bowl, the sour cream, sugar , vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed. Clean and slice cucumbers and onion in thin slices. Add to dressing mixture and toss to coat.
