Title: Cucumber Sauce for Fish

Yield: 6 Servings

2 md Cucumbers
3 tb White distilled vinegar
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts White pepper

Pare or grate or chop cucumbers (grating is really better). Mix with
vinegar & seasonings & pack into a covered container. Refrigerate. Makes
about 1 pint.
