Title: Cucumber Soup

4 Cucumbers,; peeled and diced
2 c Yogurt
Juice of one lemon
1 tb Rice wine vinegar
1/4 c Mint,; chopped

In a blender, combine cucumbers and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Stir in
remaining ingredients and chill.
