1 lg Cucumber
1 sm Onion, chopped fine
1 tb Chopped fresh mint
1/4 c White vinegar
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Lemon pepper seasoning

Newsday, 5/17/94

Peel cucumber and chop into 1/4-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients in bowl
and mix. Serve at room temperature. Serves 4.
