Curly Endive-And-Grape Salad
Title: Curly Endive-And-Grape Salad Categories: Salads Yield: 2 Servings 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1 tb Red wine vinegar 2 ts Water 1 ts Honey 1/2 ts Extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 ts Dijon mustard 2 c Loosely packed torn curly -endive 1/2 c Seedless red grapes, halved 4 ts Crumbled blue cheese Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Combine endive and grapes in a medium bowl. Add vinegar mixture, and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
