Title: Curly Maple's Applesauce Muffins Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Butter or margerine, -softened 2 Eggs 2 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Ground cinnamon 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Ground cloves 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Applesauce How I got it: This recipe was in the Taste of Home Magazine, issue April/May 95. Page 51. I gave it a try, and fell in love with them. In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine all the dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Mix just until combined. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
