Title: Curried Broccoli Salad

Yield: 1 Servings

1 1/2 lb Broccoli
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Milk
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/4 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1 ds Pepper

Trim off leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash
broccoli throughly; cut florets and stems into bite size pieces.

Steam broccoli 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender; cool. Place in a
serving dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over broccoli; toss
gently to coat. Cover and chill 2-3 hours. Yield: 6 servings.
