Title: Curried Chicken Balls Categories: Appetizers, Snacks Yield: 20 Servings 6 oz Fat-free cream cheese; -softened 2 tb Orange marmalade 2 ts Curry powder 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 3 c Chicken; cooked,finely -minced 3 tb Green onions; minced 3 tb Celery; minced 1 c Fresh parsley; finely -chopped Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all enjoy these. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Beat until smooth. Stir in chicken, onions and celery. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in parsley. Cover and chill until firm.
