Title: Curried Corn Pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 c Minced onion
1/2 c Minced green pepper
3 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Curry powder
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 c Cooked corn
2 c Light cream
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar

In a skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in
curry powder and transfer to a bowl. Add egss, corn, cream, salt and sugar.
Pour mixture into a well-buttered 1-1/4 quart souffle dish and bake at 350
for 45 minutes until puffed and golden. Serves 8.
